Darwinism has been on financial life-support for a hundred years. To put it out of its misery, voters need only pull the plug. Vote no on every school bond issue. Pull your kids out of the public schools. Pay as you go.
Reforming the public schools is like sending a physician into the local red light district to certify the health of the industry's full-time professionals.
