Iraq scandal: Red Cross rebuffs Bush comments, says U.S. prisoner abuse was broad, ''not individual acts''
The Amman, Jordan based Al Bawaba reiterates the grim and embarrassing news from the Wall Street Journal regarding the findings of the International Red Cross: The Abu Ghraib debacle is not, in Bush's words, the work of "a few individuals." The International Red Cross indicates the misconduct was both widespread and well known.
